We are currently meeting remotely. Further details below.
We meet weekly on Tuesdays, 6.30-7.30pm, on Zoom. We do 30 mins of guided practise followed by some time for reflection and discussion. Its fairly relaxed and hopefully welcoming. I appreciate that it can be hard joining something new online so if i can be of any help in advance let me know at kevan@simplybeing.org.uk
